Base Rental Package Includes: 

  • Use of barn & long meadow for parking.

  • 50′ x 80′ Event Barn (comfortable max occupancy: 75)

  • 20’ x 40’ Party Tent for exterior seating

  • 12 – 60″ Round Tables (seating for 80 guests)

  • 3 – 6′ Picnic Tables with Umbrellas

  • 2 – 30″ Hi/Lo Cocktail tables

  • 100  White Garden Folding Chairs

  • Lisenby Farm Planning Coordinator

  • 2 Farm Parking Attendants during guest arrivals & departure

  • 1 ADA Portable Restrooms & Handwash station (upgrades avail through Royal Restrooms)

  • Plenty of onsite parking

  • Set-Up & Tear-Down Service (tables, chairs, waste & recycle, all of which we handle onsite)

Time Frame 

* 12, 6 or 3 hour rental period, including time for you decorating/deliveries and clean up, occurring between the hours of 9am-8pm (amplified music ending at 7pm).

  • 1 hour planning meeting prior to event.

  • 1 Hour event rehearsal will be available within the week before your event on a space available basis and during our normal business hours.

RSVP

50% of the base rental fee [$750 of which is Non-Refundable].  The balance of the base rental fee, in addition to a $250 Refundable damages and incidentals deposit is due 90 days prior to the event.

 

Catering

We have an excellent selection of caterers on our preferred catering list for you to select from.

 

Alcohol & Cannabis

We do allow alcohol and cannabis, which can be coordinated through your caterer, or you can bring it in yourself by securing a banquet permit, hiring a licensed bar/bud tending staff and purchasing event insurance that includes Host Liquor Coverage. We do require you to select your bartending staff from the list on our website, as well as secure your insurance through TheEventhelper.com.
